Upper Mount Pleasant Avenue extension

An extension of 70m.sq to the ground floor of typical cavity wall construction with a green flat roof, 18m.sq first floor of timber frame construction to this contemporary new design adding to the period house for a private client.
A large bay window facing the mature garden ensures a natural light filled kitchen and dining area. The design took advantage of a well located in the rear garden which allowed integration within the extension of a well-lit courtyard.
The extension was featured in the homes & property section of the Irish TImes in 2013.
